Our "NO FISH-NO PAY" guarantee is not a sign of arrogance or overconfidence. Rather it is a way of showing you, the customer, that we have been fishing these waters long enough to have the knowledge to always put something in the boat, no matter what the conditions or attitude of the fish that day. It is very much a fact that some days are better than others and some days the fish just aren't biting. However, it is also a fact that the crew aboard the "Satisfaction" is willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to give you the best experience possible. You have given us your hard-earned money and in return, we will make sure you catch fish. If we cannot hold up our end of the deal, we will refund your trip fare. We want you to plan your next vacation around a return trip on the Satisfaction, and being guaranteed that you are going to catch fish every time you fish with us is a large step towards doing that. When you step on board we want you to relax, breathe easy, and know that you are in the best hands possible for catching fish and having a wonderful day. In the event that the No Fish-No Pay policy is needed, customers will tip 10% of the trip price to each the captain and mate for their time and effort.

EXEMPTIONS

We can only offer the "No Fish-No Pay" guarantee on our 3/4 and full-day trips. Tarpon trips must be excluded and the species of fish must be chosen by the captain. He is a well trained professional fisherman. He knows what the best bite is and where it's going to happen. Not all fish caught will be edible. It is a fishing trip, not a commercial food harvesting trip. Poor and dangerous weather can void the guarantee. If a line of storms filled with lightning and water spouts pops up and the captain feels it appropriate to take you in early for safety before any fish were caught we can not refund the trip. However, re-booking may be in order. Customer seasickness and angler error are also exempt. We find the fish and in many cases hook the fish for you. If the angler makes a mistake that causes the fish to be lost, he/she has voided the policy.

After reading these exemptions, please do not be alarmed. These are simply put in place to protect the company from fraudulent customers who are looking to get something for nothing. We are confident that once you have fished with us you will find that we work harder than any other crew you have ever fished with to make your day a fantastic one. In addition, our level of skill and experience will keep your rod bent as often as possible.
